**The Integration Roadblock**

RazorpayX Payroll promises “run payroll in one click,” but enterprise prospects expect plug-and-play sync with whichever **HRMS** they already use. Three issues were blocking deals:

1. **HRMS diversity** – Large prospects run SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM and home-grown systems; RazorpayX had to ingest employee profiles from all of them.
